A friend tried to install the Anytone CPS software for his AT-D878 plus.
The program installed but when he tries to run it he gets the Run Time Error.

His second laptop has Windows 7 and the install and run ran perfectly.

I made sure he had the latest updates on the Windows 10 laptop but we still have the problem.

Would anyone have had a similar problem but was able to fix it?

Hi and thank you for your reply.
He said he tried Compatibility mode with the same results.

I am pretty sure the CPS for version 1.16 is compatible with Windows 10.
Hoping to find someone who had the problem and found a fix.
