TGIF SPOT WiFi scan, load and connect issue

I’m able to scan for WiFi and able to select the SSID off the scan list. The SSID name then slides into the ESSID window as programmed. I then enter the Passphrase into the proper box. Following that, I have tried a number of different sequenced key strokes (Load) (Save); (Save) (Load); (Save); (Load); (Apply Profile) not having any success loading the new WiFi information into the hot-spot. I've come to the conclusion that I'm not following the proper sequence of keystrokes. I've also set up 3 different WiFi profiles but again have not been able to successfully enter and connect.

Is there a proper sequence to follow in order to select a WiFi signal and connect? What might I be doing wrong? Thanks in advance for you help.
