Wi-Fi use with Apple 13 max

In my phone it has a Wi-Fi name that reads
E8:5F:02:7B:E6:01
Would I use that for hotspot config for my truck hotspot ?

That's a Mac address which corresponds to an Apple device.

If your truck has on board wifi for Internet, then you should connect your hotspot to its SSID, not your phone's.
