Title: REQUEST FOR TG "Japan SPD-NET" TG # 1717 New

Would like to request a Talk Group on TGIF.
The name would be "Japan SPD-NET" and the TG number would be 1717.
The Talk Group would serve the Japanese speaker (Other language welcome).
