I am sure you have all heard me mention these screens a time or two, well here they are

VE3RD 2.4″ NEXTION SCREEN

Features
1) 10 Profiles a) Toggle to scroll through ten profiles(Not all Tested)
                    b) and a screen to list to indicate what each profile will do,
2) DMRGateway Control, Set Startup Network,Logging Options
3) DMR Master Server Control
4) View and/or set 10 Main ModeHange parameters
5) Main Mode Toggle (D-Star,DMR,Fusion,NXDN,P25)
6) Cross Mode Control (DMR2YSF, DMR2NXDN, YSF2DMR, YSF2NXDN, YSF2P25)
7) View and/or set CrossMode Targets
8) Screen Calibrator
9) Info2 Screen software version numbers
10) Flash Screen allows loading screens by either EA7KDO  or  VE3RD, One buttons does the gitcopy in less than 10 seconds and a prompt at the bttom of the screen that it is ready to flash.
11) DMR Voice Control – Requires the VE3RD DMRGateway-1
12) DMR Screen shows the connected server
13) Idle screen shows connected profile number and server
14) Idle screen shows Modes and Cross Modes that are enabled
15) DMRGateway Shows what is on each Network and which ones are enabled
16) Toggle DMR Gateway on and OFF
17) WIFI screen modified for 3 pages of 5 SSID's
18) Last Heard List has 3 pages of 6 lines and 3 modes
      Mode 1 - Date,Time,Call,TG,TS,Duration, Packet Loss
      Mode 2 - Date, Time, Call, and Name (Still Needs Work)
      Mode 3 - Call,Name,City,State/Prov, and Country

These instructions did not work for me. Screen boots up and nothing.

Although dated, I've done this/redone this many times with my 2.4" screen and it's worked every time.

In fact, I'm running Phil's screen and his modified DMR gateway right now.  Have been for quite some time.

If you provide a little more detail about what happened at each step and which of the steps you followed, I (or others) might be able to help.
