I have a question about how to use the shark openspot 2 cross mode from dmr to nxdn. I am not understanding the settings of: Default cross mode destination ID, Always use this ID in cross mode and Allow only IDs as cross-mode callsigns. I am not sure which one to set and do they have to be the same on the connectors page and the settings page? I am not understanding how to set these on the two pages, connectors and settings pages. Also, do they need to be the same on both? Also the port number goes with the server? The Default cross mode destination ID on the NXDN settings page is defaulted to 31672? Is this correct or should another box be checked?
I see this warning message on the connectors page but I don't understand what it means:
Warning: the "Always use default cross mode destination ID" setting is enabled, and the "Default cross mode destination ID" is different than the server's talkgroup ID of 31010. You can disable/change these settings on the Settings page, NXDN settings section, or click here. Should I change it to 31010 in this case or to the number of the talk group?
Thanks very much. I need a clear explanation of what these mean.

Just was reading the same. It will be interesting to see which NXDN network. I highly doubt that it will be the current MMDVM NXDN system as MMDVM is open source. The shark is not open source.
