Title: Issues with DMR IDs in TGIF Last Heard

Good evening all.
I've noticed tonight that when I transmit on C4FM I appear in the TGIF Last Heard section showing my ID and another station's DMR ID as the repeater. I know who the operator is, but I've never setup my hotspot to cross mode. The TG is No Name (0). Does anyone know how to fix that and what can be done so that this kind of things don't repeat themselves?  73s and thanks.
