I've got everything loaded in but can't switch between the networks.  Do you have anyone else testing this using a GD-77?

Okay, I've read through the directions a few times and looked at the DMRGateway.ini file.  As things sit it appears that more direction needs to be provided on the following:
1. Steps to take on the hotspot after running ./install.sh.  For example:
Quote
Once run, select Option 1 and allow the system to run and then re-boot.  Reconnect to SSH and run the following commands:
rpi-rw
sudo sh
./install.sh

Then select option 2

At this moment, I have done these steps and don't know what needs to be done to enable all of this... do I go into the Dashboard and switch the DMR master to DMR Gateway?  On my radio, for the command contacts (90001-90006) do these get set up on TimeSlot 1 versus Timeslot 2?

I'm stuck.  Thanks!

I have always been terrible at writing instruction. The web site has been amended to include the post install instructions

Don't beat yourself up, the fact that you guys have this working is really cool and very appreciated.

After the added instructions I was able to get it working with only one extra step - after switching to DMR Gateway and configuring it, I had to reboot the hotspot for things to work correctly.

Been running for just over a week and it definitely works as advertised!

On the wish-list: I wish there were some kind of audible acknowledgement of the network shift.

I had created another thread on this - my dashboard stopped updating after about an hour of operation.  Found out that the /var/log section of the pi-star install is only set for 64Mb and it's getting full fast

The two culprits are the daemon.log and the syslog

Tail of the Daemon.log:
pi-star@pi-star(rw):log$ tail daemon.log

I adjusted the line in DMRGateway to set Debug to 0 in the general section, that seems to have cleared it up.

The default on a new Install of pi-star is
[General]
 RuleTrace=0
 Daemon=0
 Debug=0

[Log]
 Display Level=1
 File Level=1
 File Path=

Changes
Daemon should stay =0
Rule Trace=1 and Debug=1 are needed ONLY for trouble shooting in an SSH session.
These were on because the github repository is an image of my test platform, Feel free to turn then off

File Path should be   /var/log/pi-star
Set this if not already set.
