4. Please provide a brief description of the problem:

Pi-Star hotspot not connecting to TGIF. I can nslookup tgif.network from the router, dns server, and pi-star, and all resolve 74.91.115.118. I don't know if I should be able to ping that IP, but it fails on all of the above devices. I also cannot access tgif.network web page from home without using a VPN. Wondering if my IP has been blocked for some reason. I can provide it in a PM to support staff if needed.
