unable to connect to TGIF

I am unable to connect to TGIF network.   I was able to use TGIF last week but have not since on the BlueDV software with ThumbDV.  My user DMRID 3128011.  All it says is what is shown in the attachment below.  It never connects.   Also I have never received setup email from prime or selfcare I setup yesterday.
