Unable to register a new account (No Email Verification)

I have tried to register an account at (https://tgif.network/signin.php#) and I never received the email verification.  I have tried "Forgot Password" and I do not receive an email.  I have tried to register again and is says my account already exists.

Not sure where to go from here.
