I would like to have the OMISS Talk Group of 93581 changed to a new Talk Group number of 33581.
The reason for the change is certain radios won't allow a 16 bit binary number, for a Talk Group, above 65,5XX. So the old TG # of 93581 will not work for what we are trying to do.

To repeat: Current Talk Group of 9 3 5 8 1    to change to new TG # of  3 3 5 8 1 .
