Talkgroup requests are no longer submitted/handled here.  You can request your talkgroup by going to https://tgif.network/

You'll need to register first if you haven't already.  Once you're registered, you'll be able to click on your callsign in the upper right side of the screen.  There, you'll see the "request Talkgroup" button.  Click on it, fill in the appropriate information, and hit submit at the bottom.
