I hope this request is in the correct place. I'm applying for consideration to issue a talk group number in the name of  "Torbay UK English Riviera Link" We have a number of DMR users in the Torbay area of South Devon that have no local DMR repeater and rely on hot spots to access anything outside of simplex. We have struggled for a few years now not being able to fully interact not only with local DMR users but getting people equipped  with the necessary technology and configurations. Those with hot spots could fairly easily join a local talk group which others could also access should they wish.
A repeater would be another solution but there is simply neither the funds or knowledge locally at present to fulfil that  plan, so hoping this may be a fine alternative.

Very many thanks for so quickly responding favourably to my request to a local talkgroup. I'm sure it will be much appreciated by local users to increase their interest in the DMR Network capabilities.
