Access to TGIF Network Using the DVSwitch (IAX) Mobile App
« on: September 07, 2020, 08:19:25 am »
Does anyone know or have the correct settings for accessing the TGIF Network via the DVSwitch Mobile App on an Android phone (Host Name, Port, Password, Username, Caller ID, Node, etc.)? I have tried tgif.network, 62031 and passw0rd and my call sign and left the other fields blank and it doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and 73, Mike (NC3M).

The DVSwitch Mobile App is designed to connect to a DVSwitch Mobile host server.  The host server is what actually connects to your DMR server of choice (TGIF, BM, HBLink, etc.).  The you set the DVSwitch Mobile App to connect to the host server.

If you aren't running a host server or don't have access to someone else's server, the mobile app isn't going to do much for you, LOL.

You can find more information about everything in the DVSwitch Mobile subgroup on groups.io here: https://dvswitch.groups.io/g/Mobile
