Using Selfcare and Talkgroups
« on: August 07, 2022, 02:05:09 pm »
I have been away from DMR for sometime and just getting back into the swing of things.

One quick question regarding selfcare and linking a TG.

If I use selfcare to link to a particular talk group should I have my Anytone 878 on a particular channel and/or should I create a special channel for that purpose?

In advnace thank you for anyone's assistance,

Pat - VE7PJG

I can't speak for the Anytone 878, but on my MD-380's, I keep promiscuous mode on.

That way, no matter what talkgroup I link to in self-care, it will come through on whatever channel I'm presently on.
