Noticed that there appears to be an extra period in the link address.

In your screenshot, it says "https://.tgif.network(plus the rest)."  It should say "https://tgif.network(plus the rest)."  Look right after the double forward slashes.

You might try copying that link into your browser and removing the period in question.  That might get you verified while support looks to see why that happened.
