P25 and DMR

I have a Harris Unity xg-100p with P25 and a ZumSpot. I need to talk on TG9302 used for a local ARES group using DMR. What do I need to do to link the P25 portion of the ZumSpot to the DMR Talkgroup?  Also all of the members are using ZumSpots.  There are no repeater sites available in the area.
