From what I've heard on the air, they're having a (recurring) problem with the script that performs the self-care function.  It stops working after certain periods of time.

They're aware of the problem and are working on it as time allows.  Sometimes one of the admins will "give it a kick in the pants" to get it working temporarily, but obviously that's not a permanent solution.

Hang tight and be patient.  They'll figure it out eventually.
