self care blank

Hi All,
 Self-care on the dashboard http://tgif.network/RPTRR/index.php just comes up blank.  Is there something im missing.  Does your browser need to have the same public IP as the hotspot perhaps?

Any ideas would be a great help

Yes, have to be on same network as hotspot to see it

Thanks is there any other way to accesses it. It’s not easy for me to get a browser on the same net as my repeter.
Also do you know if the REST API is documented anywhere.

I don't think so, its early days at TGIF network.
I'm sure they will make something else to sign into to access it, or something better.  ;D

My Self Care is blank, also, and my laptop is on the same WiFi network as my DMR Hotspot.  Any tips on getting this working will be appreciated.

From what I've heard on the air, they're having a (recurring) problem with the script that performs the self-care function.  It stops working after certain periods of time.

They're aware of the problem and are working on it as time allows.  Sometimes one of the admins will "give it a kick in the pants" to get it working temporarily, but obviously that's not a permanent solution.

Hang tight and be patient.  They'll figure it out eventually.
