Just checked self-care a minute ago for myself.  As of this writing, it is not accurately reflecting the actual talkgroups that my hotspots are on, but does successfully change those hotspots to manually entered numbers when the "update" button is pressed.

It's important to understand two things: One (and most importantly), that self-care page and the API are two different entities.  And, two, that either one (or both) can malfunction.

From my experience, the self-care page is usually the entity that malfunctions/goes down while the API (at least for me) hardly ever goes down.

So, from a practical standpoint, most users will notice exactly what we both are seeing: The self-care page will "fail" (not display at all or yield inaccurate information) but the API (changing talkgroups from the Pi-Star dashboard) still works.

Hopefully the code for the self-care page is part of the overall overhaul of the code for the new Prime server.  Because, unfortunately, the current one malfunctions like this quite often.
