Well, this is interesting.  I ran several tests on both 100 and 9990 and they were ALL perfect...without making any of those changes!

The only difference I can see between the tests I made previously and the ones I did tonight is in the number of active talkers on the network.  This evening, that number is fairly low compared to the previous times.

So...maybe overall network activity is somehow a factor in all this?
