1. Because the others are not on TGIF server
and TGIF server is programmed to send all its tg when 777 is sent

And the others listed are NOT bridged to tgif



2 yes all the tg on TGIF will be sent
Your radio will receive them all if permiscous is on
Else you only hear the tg on your channel or in receive group
