Since its not scanning radio channels, but receiving talk groups on A channel. its a bit different

First you need to know what Talk Group you hear that you are interested in hearing ONLY.

there are several ways to do this-
1 look at radio.
  while receiving it should show what talk group is being heard

2 look at TGIF active talkers page
  http://tgif.network/lastheard/active.html and see who is transmitting on what talk groups

3. on md380 w/toolz
       hit 4 key to see list of last heard



once you know what talk group there are a few ways to get there

1 dial your radio to the channel you have set for that talk group
     key it to tell server to only send you that TG traffic

2 ad hock the channel you are on to temporarily use that TG
       on md380 w/toolz
          hit # #
          enter the TG number
         green button to enter it
         key it to tell server to only send you that TG traffic

3 on md380 w/toolz hit the 3 key
       this will set ad hock for current channel to the last heard TG


4 on self care page http://tgif.network/RPTRR/index.php change your hot spot  to the interested TG
      this will just remove the 777 feature so you can only hear one TG.
     you will still have to do (step 1 2 or 3) to transmit
