Yaesu to DMR
« on: February 11, 2019, 05:27:46 pm »
I have a friend that wants to get on with everyone on DMR and has two Yaesu radios a 991 and a 100.  He has ordered a Zumspot. and I have that, along with both the Openspot 1 & 2, and know how to do it with the Openspots.
If worse comes to worse, of which it might, he might just have to buy a DMR radio, but is low on funds at the time, and I know the few Yaesu radios I have heard on here seem to have low audio, with no way to make them louder.

What kind of advice, or help can I give him to get his radios to cross over to get on TGIF with a Zumspot.

Thanks and 73 Jeff WB4TT

You can do cross mode with pi-star.It is simple to set on the pi-star configuration dash board.
